OSHA Recordkeeping Course:

OSHA requires proper recordkeeping for all recordable injuries and illnesses in the workplace. This course will teach a student how to differentiate between recordable and non-recordable, and upon completion, student will be able to fill out an OSHA 300 and 301 log properly. Student will also learn the requirements of proper recordkeeping for the various plans, programs, permits, procedures and training under OSHA's various regulations. The required amount of time to complete the course is dependent upon your knowledge of workplace safety, but we find that the average completion time is approximately 8 hours. You have up to six months to complete the course.

Online Exams:

The student will take a comprehensive online exam at the end of the course. You must score 80% to receive certification. You have three opportunities to pass the exam.


A refresher course and exam will be required every three (3) years. The cost of this recertification is $95.

0.8 CEUs are offered through the University of North Carolina at Wilmington for this course.
